Knowledge and Networking Event – Understanding GCAP and GCOM

Dee has been the GCAP Program Manager of GCAP since 2006. Before becoming the Program Manager, Dee held other positions at GCAP including a Procurement Counselor, counseling hundreds of businesses. Over the years, Ms. Edwards has taken numerous of hours of contracting related training, with required continuing education each year of employment. Dee has also taught classes on government contracting topics on a local and national level for many years.
