Position Summary: Milagro Teaching Artists are responsible for leading and instructing classroom and community workshops, under the guidance of the Education Coordinator. Pay rate is currently $17 per hour for all instruction and planning time, as assigned by the coordinator.
In addition to the hourly pay, Milagro Teaching Artists are given a non-taxable mileage reimbursement of .42 cents per mile. For residencies requiring overnight stays, lodging, travel and perdiem is provided by Milagro.
Workshops & Residencies: TM Teaching Artists are trained throughout the year in TM teaching methodologies and curriculum.
